Screen Printing is a method of printing involving a mesh silk screen with a stencilled design on it. Using this screen you push ink through the stencil onto the surface of your chosen material.
Screen Printing is commonly used on clothing and paper however, we also offer it on glassware, metal, plastic & wood.
Our minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. You are able to use a variety of garments to hit this minimum quantity. We do suggest if possible people try hit 50 pieces as the pricing is far more competitive for 50+ pieces.
Our average turnaround for screen printing is 14 working days. Please bare in mind this can change during busy periods however, we will give you an accurate timeframe upon quoting you for your print job.
With screen printing it works on a 1 colour per screen job (e.g. if your design has 3 colours you will need 3 screens to achieve your design). Remember that when printing onto dark garments we will need to print a underbase. So this adds an extra colour to your job when printing darker garments.
We have an automatic ROQ carousel where we can print up to 10 colours. However, please bear in mind that the more colours the more setup cost. So it may be more beneficial for you if we print your design using our DTG’s. IF you are unsure please include this on your quote and we will be more than happy to advise you on what will be the best method for your design.
